Focus & Transform
1:1 Nutrition and Ayurveda
Individualed, one-on-one sessions give you the opportunity to get personalized, focused attention that helps you get to your goals quicker. If you’re struggling with a specific issue or health challenge, 1:1 sessions are essential for identifying the underlying cause and working out a strategy to get you feeling your best.
How it Works:
- Everyone starts with an introductory session, which is approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours in length. During this time, we’ll review your intake form, which you will complete prior to the session
- We’ll also create an action plan during this first session, deciding what course of follow-up will be most effective for you
- The recommendations I give will be based off nutrition, Ayurveda, and other holistic methodologies – together we’ll find a path of transformation that you feel comfortable with
- I’ll provide you with the necessary materials – written and/or visual – to help support your change
- All sessions are held virtually from the comfort of your own home
Health Investment:
- Introductory Session: $180.00
- 1 hour follow-up session: $120.00
- 30 minute follow-up: $65.00

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
What information do you need before we meet for the first time?
Prior to your introductory session, you will be sent an intake form to complete. This form must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session or else your session will be canceled. If you are having difficulty completing your intake form, please contact me for assistance and other arrangements can be made.
Can I work with you regardless of where I live?
What is Ayurveda?
What is your payment policy?
Payment is due at least 24 hours prior to our session or else your session will be canceled. I accept credit or debit cards only. All payments are processed electronically.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
I understand that life is not predictable and that sometimes things come up at the last minute. Because I this, I have a 3 strike rule for last minute cancellations: if you cancel your scheduled session more than 3 times without giving at least 24 hours advance notice, your payment will be forfeited on the 4th, and all subsequent, occurrences.
However, anyone canceling their scheduled session who gives at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund of their session payment.
Will all my information remain confidential?
As a healthcare provider, I adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and HIPAA standards. In addition, all documentation is maintained in a secure electronic health record. Prior to your session, you will be provided with a copy of my confidentiality guidelines for you to review in detail.
What if I'm late to my appointment?
If you are running late to your appointment, please reach out and let me know. If I can still accommodate you that day, I will make every effort to do so. However, If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment and have not contacted me to let me know, your appointment will be canceled and will count towards your 3-strikes in my cancellation policy (see above). If it is your 4th strike or more, your payment will be forfeited.
I do not take insurance. Unfortunately, most insurances will only cover nutrition if you have diabetes or kidney disease, and even then, it is often not covered in full. However, if you wish to try to get reimbursement through your insurance company, I am happy to provide an invoice, called a superbill, after our session for you to submit. I just need a referral letter from your doctor, stating your diagnosis, to do this.
